My wife and I went to Custom Floor & Design to replace carpeting in our family room. We met the representative Albert Kim. Mr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable about the various styles of carpeting and padding. He came to our home and measured and brought up several things to consider when making our decision for our carpet. The installation crew Luis and Anderson were on time and efficient. We are extremely satisfied with our new carpet and Mr. Kim has a customer for life!!!!

We were looking to get our vinyl/carpet on the main and upper level replaced with new hardwood floors. After reading the reviews, we decided to check out Custom Floor and Design. We ended up meeting Albert and he was awesome to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and helped us in every way to make sure we selected the right floors at the fair price and coordinated the installation to meet our timeline. During the installation, Cesar was the lead installer who is also awesome to work. He and his team worked efficiently and installed the floors with precision. Post installation, Albert and Cesar were more than happy to respond to our request to address minor details. I'd work with Albert and Cesar again for any future floor projects.
