It was great working with Albert, he was very responsive and meticulous. We requested replacing carpet to hardwood flooring and it came out to be great looking spotless. The working crew was also nice, they helped us to keep the house clean. It was really a great experience!

The 3 individuals were timely and very courteous and pleasant. My "textured" LVP stairs, upstaires hallway, and bathroom floor look wonderful. I originally had carpeting on them (tile in the bathroom) but the plank looks so much more classy, and matches my main level hardwood floors. They floated the panel over my bathroom tile, so if someone would prefer tile, they should be able to remove it. Great service and price. I highly recommend Custom Floor. Their Encore floor cleaner works great on my new luxury vinyl floors and also my hardwood ones. I highly recommend them!

A+ customer service and installation. Custom Floor recommended a Coretec Brand LVF to address a Winter Season draft issue with our 4-Season Room. The high-end LVF looks and feels amazing, and Custom Floors install a barrier between the old and new floor which should address the Winter draft. This the second project they've done for us. My wife and I highly recommend CF&D.
