There won’t be any free change of item after confirmation of the order. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only available before the signed confirmation. Any cancellation after you sign the confirmation is subject to a 25% restocking fee. RETURNS: All stock material returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition (No return for assembled or customized items.) Upon Same Day Cabinets’ inspection, any material not in resalable condition and in original packaging will not be credited. All returns must have an Authorized Return Goods Authorization, generated by Same Day Cabinets. VERBAL GUARANTEE: Same Day Cabinets is not responsible for any verbal guarantees or promises that you may have heard from any employee. RETURNED PAYMENTS: If your payments are returned because of insufficient funds, or some other issues with your account, you may be charged 10% late transaction fee and/or a $35.00 returned check fee. LATE PICK UP (STORAGE FEE): If you do not pick up your items by the date on the confirmation ticket, or if you postpone the delivery, you may be charged for daily storage fee per item (First 24 hours are free).
