Benny Chung is a dream to work with! He has a good eye for recommending various types of flooring and very accommodating. I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my condo and Alex and his team were marvelous. They worked so well as a team and they were highly skilled, extremely courteous, and impeccably clean throughout the process. No regrets. I recommend using Custom Floor for your flooring needs.

We visited a few local flooring places and were lost with what to pick and were very overwhelmed. We decided to give Custom Floor & Design a try. Wow - exactly what we needed. Lots of options to choose from like hard wood, engineered wood, and LVP. Prices were in line with other estimates we had, but service really made Custom Floor and Design stand out.

My husband and I struggled to agree on what to do where. Shoutout to Albert Kim, who was super patient with all of our questions and indecision. He also filled us in on the pros and cons of each type of floor, and why we might choose one over another for specific rooms - even if the option was less expensive. Albert took our preferences and managed to come up with some great suggestions.

Communication was great the entire time - it was easy to reach out with questions. Payment was easy with a few clicks.

The installation also went well (a week earlier than estimated!) We did our entire upstairs in hardwood, and main floor LVP over existing concrete. The team was quick and efficient, and when questions came up, they were quick to reach out for my opinion and approval.

When it was all done, they cleaned everything up and hauled out 7 rooms worth of carpet. They even cleaned up outside and in the garage where they were cutting wood. I had a little deep dusting to do, but nothing unexpected for the amount of woodworking going on. The next morning, Albert called to see how we liked everything and to check in to make sure everything went smoothly.

Overall this was a very positive experience and our house looks great! We will go right back here to Custom Floor for our next project.

What a fantastic and professional experience we had working with Custom Floor & Design. Working with Albert at the store and setting the appointment for measurements was flawless. The day of the install was amazing, the crew came in, moved furniture and started work. We had a large family room along with 19 steps and a landing that need new carpeting. The crew worked meticulously in both the floor and stair installation, constantly making sure that every detail of the installation was perfect. They totally cleaned up every bit of debris and replaced the furniture back in the exact location where it was. I highly recommend Custom Floor & Design and will use them again for any of my flooring needs.

I was really excited to find that they had in stock flooring to match some we had left over from another project so we could match two rooms! They gave me a great price. They have a convenient location and the gentleman loaded my car for me. It was quick and easy. Next time I need more floor, I'm definitely going to consider them first.

The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful and everything went smooth and as per the schedule, It was great to work with Albert who helped us in selecting the right wood. There was no deviation from the schedule and work was completed on time and with high quality. Jorge and crew were simply awesome and did some amazing work,

We used Custom Floor & design to replace carpet in our basement. Han did a great job providing recommendations on various floor options, padding options and ensured a smooth installation.

I picked a particular color and style of the Coretec LVP floor and gave my approximate square footage to install LVP. Custom Floor ordered the LVP, stair nosing, baby threshold, polyfilm, shoe molding, stair threads, stair riser. As a customer I would not know what all is needed and they ordered everything that is needed and that saved me a lot of hassle and headache. My installer used all materials and installed on time. It came out really well. Thanks a lot to Custom Floor for taking care of my LVP floor install with less hassle on me. The order came right on time for my install and my installer picked up at the store. Highly recommend this place and they've a good selection of floors and also knowledgeable staff to direct us when we are at the show room.

We installed LVP and carpet for our new house. Overall great experience. Everyone was very professional and responsive. We had a very tight deadline but they were very accommodating on the schedule which we appreciated a lot.

I am very pleased with my new flooring. We chose LVP for our two Bernese Mtn Dogs. It turned better than I expected. Jorge did the installation and he was meticulous. He took the time to carefully cut the LVP perfectly around the stone fireplace. The workers left everything clean and organized. Working with Albert Kim is delightful. He has wonderful insights and recommendations. We are having a second installation next week.
