After visiting many flooring studios across NOVA, we found Custom floor and were very satisfied with the service and price. We were vey happy with the selections of flooring, the cost of service and materials, and the installation. Albert was great and offered us great service. He gave us a great tour of the store and vinyl choices and was welcoming. Albert is very customer focused and gave us an excellent service to our flooring needs. I would strongly recommend custom floor for anyone who is looking flooring for options.

great experience!! We worked with Chris who was so helpful. he was very responsive and drew out pictures to help us visualize transitions, etc. he gave us great advice that we took and we love how the floors turned out. Crew was professional and efficient on the day of install, and finished entire job quicker than we anticipated. Plan to use them again for basement flooring later on!

Update May 2025: had basement flooring done as well and smooth process once again with Chris! Turned out great and we love the new floors

Could not be happier with our new flooring from Custom Floor & Design. It was an exceptional experience working with Albert! He greeted us, took all the measurements, then consulted with us on color match and material options.

There were more showrooms & custom installations in Fairfax & Chantilly, however Custom Floor & Design was the best because of their quality , price and very friendly customer service. I had no complaint or any quality issue after installation at my daughter house. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Han and his team has been amazing! They were able to finish the job quickly and were also fast in answering our questions and accommodating some last minute requests. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!
