I just had Customer Flooring & Design in Chantilly VA, put hardwood floors in my house. I can’t say enough positive things about them. That had a very large selection of flooring and some of the best prices around. My flooring specialist, Benny, was extremely helpful. He didn’t apply any pressure but was always available to answer questions. The team that put in my floors did a an outstanding job! A very professional outfit.

He resolved all our questions and even gave us other options to consider that weren't presented to us when we spoke with other vendors.

I love my new floors. Peter at Custom Floor & Design was easy to work with. His team moved furniture and even vacuumed when they were done. They were quicker than expected - just so great at what they do. When they were done, there was 2 boxes of unopened wood. Peter credited us back for the unused material. He is professional and customer service oriented. No complaints!

For all your flooring needs, Custom Floor & Deign make it super easy! We have personally had them replace carpet and the LVP flooring in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

This is the second floor we've had Custom Floor & Design install for us and both times they exceeded our expectations. I thought this job was going to be especially tough because we were removing maple hardwood and installing laminate - a significant thickness difference and I expected to have to do some modifications especially under the fireplace hearth. The install team was so good that they were able to custom cut each piece to snug up to the masonry under the hearth. It looks perfect. They also spent extra time making sure the trim mitres were exact - even redoing a piece we didn't see any issue with but it didn't meet their standards. These guys did all this in one day. We will definitely use them again. Benny and Peter are wonderful to deal with as well and had great patience with us in deciding the product we wanted.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Custom Floor. Marc, James and the crew went above and beyond to meet my expectations and did not disappoint. I'm happy with the results and plan to use their services in the future
