We have now done three separate jobs with Custom Floor and Design and they have been nothing short of excellent each time. Our salesman, Chris was a true expert at flooring who answered all our questions and provided excellent advice throughout the process. He was incredibly patient with us as we worked thru many visits to the showroom in order to make sure we chose the perfect solutions. Their installers were on time and did a fantastic job. All that and the price was great. We couldn't be happier with our Custom Floor and Design experience.

My wife and I went to Custom Floor & Design to replace carpeting in our family room. We met the representative Albert Kim. Mr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable about the various styles of carpeting and padding. He came to our home and measured and brought up several things to consider when making our decision for our carpet. The installation crew Luis and Anderson were on time and efficient. We are extremely satisfied with our new carpet and Mr. Kim has a customer for life!!!!

Thanks to Custom Floor & Design for my new beautiful flooring! I highly recommend them! They have a large selection of hardwood, LVP and carpet, and very competitive prices. They were patient with me too as it took me months and many samples to make a choice. If you are in the market for flooring, this store is worth a visit!

I would highly recommend Custom Floor & Design and have use them for years for carpet and flooring options. They are very knowledgable and provide excellent quality products at very reasonable prices. Albert was quite patient with me while I ran through various quotes with him. In the end, I am highly satisfied with my flooring (product, install and price).

We were looking to get our vinyl/carpet on the main and upper level replaced with new hardwood floors. After reading the reviews, we decided to check out Custom Floor and Design. We ended up meeting Albert and he was awesome to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and helped us in every way to make sure we selected the right floors at the fair price and coordinated the installation to meet our timeline. During the installation, Cesar was the lead installer who is also awesome to work. He and his team worked efficiently and installed the floors with precision. Post installation, Albert and Cesar were more than happy to respond to our request to address minor details. I'd work with Albert and Cesar again for any future floor projects.

After visiting many flooring studios across NOVA, we found Custom floor and were very satisfied with the service and price. We were vey happy with the selections of flooring, the cost of service and materials, and the installation. Albert was great and offered us great service. He gave us a great tour of the store and vinyl choices and was welcoming. Albert is very customer focused and gave us an excellent service to our flooring needs. I would strongly recommend custom floor for anyone who is looking flooring for options.
